KRS to build 'Neries pakopas' for Kenova in Vilnius

2026-05-28

"Kenova," the real estate company developing the "Neries pakopa" project, has signed a general contracting agreement with construction company "KRS." Work is set to begin shortly, with project completion anticipated in the second quarter of 2028. The total planned investment for the project is approximately 26 million euros.

"The past few years have been dedicated to thorough design work and preparation for construction. It was crucial for us to select a contractor who not only understood the technical requirements of the project but also embraced the core concept of 'Neries pakopa' – to create an exclusive residential area within a sensitive urban environment. We are developing this project for individuals seeking more than just standard housing; they desire a blend of space, architecture, privacy, and quality of life in one of Vilnius's most unique locations," states Norbertas Faktorovičius, Director of Kenova.

"This signed agreement demonstrates that our extensive experience is valued by both the public and commercial sectors. I am confident that 'Neries pakopa' will be a project that fulfills both the developer's ambitions and the high expectations of its future residents," says Martynas Valančius, Director of KRS.

The "Neries pakopa" project features 49 prestigious apartments across its four buildings, 18 of which have already been purchased even before construction has commenced. The development includes spacious balconies and terraces, private courtyards, and green roofs. The architecture is designed in stepped tiers to maximize views of the Neris River, the Old Town, and the surrounding green areas.

Buyers can choose from a range of apartment sizes, from more compact two-room units to expansive four and five-room apartments, as well as penthouse-style residences. The largest apartments will span up to 213 sq. m, with ceiling heights reaching up to 4 meters in some areas on the upper floors. The project was designed by the architectural studio "Arches".
