KRS, a fast-growing construction company for buildings, engineering networks and infrastructure facilities, increased revenues by 127.6 percent to 69.2 million euros in 2025. The company's preliminary unaudited profit before tax doubled from €1.3 million to €2.6 million. In 2025, KRS's order portfolio was filled with more than 70 general construction and infrastructure projects with a total value of almost 130 million euros.
Last year, the KRS team grew by 77%, which at the end of the year consisted of 377 qualified employees.
“I would not be wrong to say that last year KRS experienced the biggest jump in growth in the company's history, but this year we are not going to stop — in 2026 we plan to double our revenues to 150 million euros. This is a deliberate strategy for accelerated evolution that we will implement by 2027. Having achieved the planned result in terms of size, we will be among the largest players in the Lithuanian construction market. This will provide more opportunities, but at the same time it will mean increased responsibility and increased competition, so we will continue to pay a lot of attention to strengthening the team and introducing the latest technologies,” commented Paulius Grigas, CEO of KRS.
Last year, KRS started and continued the implementation of projects of great importance for Lithuania. The company is renovating the terminal of Vilnius Airport, constructing a multi-storey car park at Kaunas Airport, a service infrastructure for military equipment in Marijampole, as well as a modern therapy center and an infectious diseases corps in the Santara clinic complex. Last year, the reconstruction of the stormwater system of Vokiečiai Street and Basanavičius streets of the capital and the so-called “golden triangle” of Klaipėda began.
In 2025, KRS signed a contract with the Directorate of the State Seaport of Klaipėda for the construction of the port management center, the works will begin this year.
The CEO of KRS noted that the first quarter of this year is in line with plans to maintain a high growth rate for the time being. “The total value of the projects currently underway exceeds 230 million euros. We are more active in some specialized infrastructure sectors, and we plan to increase the volume of design work at a rapid pace. In March, the company already employed more than 430 people. The current market situation favours us, we are using our flexibility, speed, competence and ambition. We will seek to exploit this and ensure sustainable growth in the future,” Grigas said.
The history of the company KRS began in 1950, at a specialized base for building communications in Kaunas. Having operated for many years as a specialized infrastructure construction company, today KRS is a modern diversified construction company.
KRS is managed by Inspiration Holdings, an investment group owned by Paul Grig.
