In Vilnius, Balsių district, another important step is being taken in strengthening the educational infrastructure — Aušrinės g. 10A construction of a new nursery-kindergarten begins.

Project value: €11.72 million (including VAT)

The new nursery will have an area of about 4,076 sq. m, it will have 14 groups, which will be able to attend 280 children. The project is being developed with the needs of a rapidly growing district with a special focus on children's well-being, sustainability and connection to nature.

The exclusive building of the nursery will consist of six volumes:
• Three-group enclosures,
• Community building with multifunction hall,
• Administrative and auxiliary facilities,
• Separate pool body.

The pool is designed in such a way that it can also be used after hours by the Voice community, thus strengthening the accessibility and community of public spaces.

The inner courtyard of the kindergarten will be integrated into the natural forest undergrowth — it will become the main space for children's leisure and activities with gazebos, paths, plants and playgrounds. An outdoor event space has been planned adjacent to the performance hall, which can be combined with indoor facilities.

Construction is scheduled to be completed in 2027. III quarter.
