About the project

The first multi-storey car park has been built at Kaunas Airport. This new structure has expanded the parking infrastructure next to the airport terminal. The project was commissioned by Lithuanian Airports (Lietuvos oro uostai AB).

KRS role

KRS acted as the general contractor for the project. The contract value was €10.24 million. Construction began in March 2025 and was completed in July 2026.

Work was carried out within the active Kaunas Airport territory, with the construction process and machinery operations coordinated to align with ongoing airport activities.

Project scope

A six-storey, 25,000 sq. m multi-storey car park was built, featuring 912 parking spaces.
