About the project

A four-story apartment building is being constructed in Vilnius, in the Naujasis Antakalnis district at Duburio St. 4. The A++ energy efficiency class building will feature 70 apartments and an underground parking garage.

Construction began in April 2026, with completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027.

Project scope

The apartment building will offer 1 to 4-room units ranging from 33 to 102 m². Each apartment will include a balcony or terrace.

The underground parking garage will provide spaces for residents' vehicles. Some parking spots will have the option to install individual electric vehicle charging stations.

The site will also feature children's playgrounds, bicycle storage, and a video surveillance system.

KRS role

KRS is the general contractor for the project, responsible for the construction of the apartment building. The client is UAB "Inpro A," and the project developer is "Inspiration Capital."
