Neries Pakopa, a prestigious residential project, is being developed in Vilnius Old Town on T. Kosciuškos Street, right by the Neris embankment. The project developer, real estate company Kenova, has signed a general construction contract with the construction firm KRS. New residential projects in this part of the city are extremely limited due to complex urban and territorial planning conditions.

The role of KRS

KRS is acting as the general contractor for this project. Work is scheduled to begin in June 2026, with completion expected in the second quarter of 2028. Foundation piling is currently underway.

Project scope

The four buildings of Neries Pakopa will feature 49 prestigious apartments. Buyers can choose from a variety of sizes, ranging from compact two-room units to spacious four- and five-room apartments and penthouses. The largest apartments reach up to 213 sq. m, with ceiling heights in some upper-floor units reaching as high as 4 meters. ‍

Architecture and design

The architecture of the buildings is designed in tiers to maximize views of the Neris River, the Old Town, and the surrounding green spaces. The project includes spacious balconies and terraces, private courtyards, and green roofs. The project was designed by the architecture studio Arches.
