Our team is contributing to one of the most important Klaipeda Port development projects – the construction of the Port Control Center building on Naujojo Sodo Street, Klaipeda. This strategic €27 million project will modernize port infrastructure and strengthen Klaipėda’s position as a key maritime business hub.

“The new port control building is a strategic step towards ensuring effective management of the Klaipeda Port. It will centralize all key control and coordination functions, enabling swift decision-making and management of complex processes – from long-term development strategies to the daily operations of the port. This will become the ‘brain’ of Klaipėda Port, responsible for overseeing one of the country’s most vital economic arteries. The new center will also serve as a representative space to host international delegations and present the port – and Lithuania – to the world,”
says Algis Latakas, Director General of the Klaipeda State Seaport Authority.

The new six-storey administrative building will meet A++ energy efficiency standards and incorporate advanced, eco-friendly solutions. Water-to-water heat pumps utilizing water from the navigation channel will ensure efficient heating and cooling. Part of the electricity supply will come from renewable sources, helping reduce the building’s CO₂ footprint.

📌 Construction is scheduled to begin in 2026.
